Federal life / Delegates Meeting

The Delegates Assembly

The Delegates Meeting is the supreme body of the Federation. It comprises one delegate per club or association. Each club or association has the right to one vote. The meeting is chaired by the President of the FSR. It delegates the central organisaton of the FSR to Central Committee.

It is responsible for electing :

  • the President
  • the Treasurer
  • the Secretary
  • other members of the Central Committee

It is also authorised to take decisions on :

  • amendments to the articles of association
  • amendments to the allotment of classes of game
  • obligatory instructions to members and bodies
  • the definitive admittance
  • the barring of members
  • the nomination of honorary members and of honorary Presidents

It is authorised to approve :

  • the administrative rules of internal bodies and committees
  • the minutes of the last Meeting
  • the annual reports of the C.C, of the other bodies and Committees, the annual accounts of the Federation and to delegate responsibility to competent leaders
  • the provisional budget for the forthcoming financial year

The Meeting is held at least once per year.
