Since the 2009.2010 season, the FSR has organised 7-a-side rugby championship for women and for seniors. The qualifying tournaments enable qualification for the finals tournament.

Awarding of points after each match- The points will be awarded as follows: 1- pts for the 1st placed in the tournament and in descending order down to 1 pt for the 10th (or lower) team placed team in the tournament. (1 pt for participation)
Teams : Only one team per club can win points in a Super 7 round. The 2nd and 3rd teams can participate in the tournament to help the tournament organisation.
Finals : Only the first 8 clubs can qualify for the finals (based on the number of points gained). N.B. A team must participate in at least 2 of the 3 rounds of the qualifying tournaments to qualify.
